no more information than is necessary will be disclosed.
We endeavour to maintain the accuracy of any information
in our possession on active matters. However, information
which is contained in documents where a file has been
closed is not actively updated or maintained. This information
is securely stored and, subject to compliance with Law
Society direction, is periodically destroyed when no
longer required by our clients or by Inkster Christie
Hughes LLP for our business purposes.
