The Inkster, Christie, Hughes LLP Elder Law Practice Group
is a group of five lawyers focused on providing comprehensive
high quality legal services to clients to help them with
the challenges related to their age and their unique place
in our society.
We work with elder clients to address some of the following
legal issues and problems:
Elder abuse;
Elder exploitation;
Age discrimination;
Undue influence;
Relocation into care;
Determining the extent of mental capacity and consent;
Guardianship and court appointed committees;
Powers of attorneys and living wills; and
Holistic estate planning
