Eric Lindgren helps clients with a wide variety
of legal needs. He is a partner with the firm Inkster
Christie Hughes LLP and is actively involved in
their Elder
Law Practice Group. His preferred areas of practice
involve him in matters relating to commercial real
estate, residential real estate, corporate and commercial
law, estate planning, estate administration and
business and corporate litigation.
Mr. Lindgren was called to the Bar in Manitoba in
1978. In 1983, he joined the firm Chornous Green
Romaniw & Davidson, which firm subsequently
amalgamated with Inkster Walker Westbury Irish &
Hughes to form Inkster Walker Chornous, the predecessor
to Inkster, Christie, Hughes LLP. He became a full
partner in the firm in 1987.
Mr. Lindgren has extensive experience in the area
of corporate restructuring and is well placed to
advise clients on shareholder agreements and succession
plans with regard to corporate re-organizations.
Mr. Lindgren is knowledgeable in the area of residential
real property transactions and has also done work
for commercial real estate clients, including the
legal work associated with subdivisions and the
creation and administration of condominium plans.
He has also worked for a number of years doing foreclosure
and collections work for one of the chartered banks.
